Dear Customers

Please note that all our garments are entitled to change, except for reasons of hygiene, intimate contact (Bikinis, Trikinis and Lingerie)

Before sending the items we remind you that you must notify us via e-mail within a maximum of 24hrs. from receipt of your order, the products you want to change.

The deadline for us to receive the items you want to change is 1-10 days from receiving your order.

Transport of the return is paid by the customer.

You can send the items you deem appropriate to our address:

Deliver only in the mornings from Monday to Friday from 10 to 18h.

Shall not be a change if the garment comes with stains, smells of perfume, snuff, etc. without the respective label from our store and the plastic that holds it.

Returns Money:


We make refunds only in the event that you receive the purchased product with manufacturing defects and that the article can not be replaced by an identical defective.
